11.06.2008. "I have returned home"
Dynamo’s defender, who was playing for PAOK on loan in the last four months, counts on a place in his team’s defense line. - I can’t tell you anything new about my near future. In principle, I am ready for any solution that comes out. Everything is in the hands of club’s management and trainers. Did Yuriy Semin initiate your return to Dynamo? - I don’t know. The period of my loan to PAOK has expired and I have returned home as I still have valid contract with my club. I have joined the team, we are practicing trainings at the moment and we shall see what comes next. And what would you like the most – to change the club or to stay in Dynamo? - If I see that coaches will seriously count on me, I would stay, for sure. Otherwise, I think it would be better for me if I changed the club. It’s not interested in observing games from the bench or on television. What can you tell us about PAOK, your former club? - My move to PAOK was an episode, to compete in another championship, to seek for new challenges... I think my stay in Thessaloniki was a benefit for me, but four months is a quite little time to adapt myself to a new environment. That’s why I felt uncomfortable in some occasions. Do you feel capable of fighting for a place in Dynamo’s team? - Yes. But I must say everything depends on the club’s policy rather than on my own wishes. It seems you are pessimistic? - No, why should I be? If I felt pessimistic, I wouldn’t come back to Dynamo. FC Dynamo Kiev Official Website |
